Music has been the center of our lives for 23 years Over the years, with our music, my brothers and I have shared with the Karpathian community incredible amounts of joy, by being privileged to partake in their special celebrations. With our foreign friends, we shared many magical nights. And so the dream of creating a restaurant to share with you the music that we love was born. In the year 2002 my brother Manoli and I found the perfect spot to welcome you. We called it PELAGOS. We invite you to come and share with us your meal or drink, while enjoying the live bouzouki and guitar music flowing under the grape vine. You can also enjoy the music by dancing. We specialize in souvles, which is a unique Greek way of cooking meat. Different types of meat are put on splits with herbs and are slowly cocked over charcoal until succulent. You can also try other Greek specialties, or a delicious salad. We have also assembled a collection of fine Greek wines for you to enjoy. My brother Manoli and I, along with our brother Mimis (on the guitar), our other brother Giorgos (with his song) and our very good friend Flourios (the best bouzouki player on the island) wait for you.
